After campaigned for months, finally on 4 of November 2008, the American had spoken and they (62,527,406 of them) voted for Barack Obama to become US new and the 44th president. Although I'm not an America citizen, yet VaLe feel happy when heard the news.
Obama not just been elected as the new US president, but he also going to lead the whole world... In other word, he should be say elected as a new World Leader. Certainly as a Leader, lots of major and tough tasks waiting for the president-elect in the coming future... First 'migraine' task, recover not only America but global economy, and overcome the financial crisis.
"This Is Our Time'' "Change has come to America" - Barack Obama - (President-elect of the United States)
- John McCain - (55,450,968 votes, but still about 7 million votes behind)
Senator John McCain fought hard and lost. Many people said McCain lost because of his age (72 years old) and people wonder what role will he play aftermath.
